Air India, is known as the Indian flag carrier, government-owned company owned by Air India Limited. Air India was started by “Tata Airlines” on 15 October 1932 and became a public limited corporation after World War II, and was renamed "Air India" on 29 July 1946. J.R.D. Tata founded the company, which located in Airlines House in Delhi. It operates 90 domestic and international destinations from its base at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, as well as it covers many key cities in India, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai is the secondary hub, with a fleet of 114 aircraft (excluding subsidiaries).
