Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before we get into our refund and cancellation policy, we need to let you know that we are a provider of travel solutions. But keep in mind that we don’t make all decisions about flight ticket cancellations and refunds. Our policies are based on what the airlines say, and we abide by their rules. Hence, here is our refund and cancellation policy that we are required to follow with every traveler:

  • Passengers must request a flight cancellation within 24 hours of booking and will receive a refund if applicable.
  • We must also ensure that we do not provide any guarantees for canceled flights or refunds.
  • The loans can be used for travel in the future.
  • If someone collects the credit, you need to pay the difference between the fare and the penalty on the bill, even in that case.
  • If a passenger is unable to notify our representatives of the cancellation, a travel security refund can be applied within ten days of the purchase.
  • Cancellations and refunds are guaranteed by specific airlines, and we will not be responsible.
  • In some cases, airlines approve refunds for 'anonymous' passengers and receive their refunds in their bank accounts or as airline credits.
  • We, as a travel agency, do not specify or impose a time frame for passengers requesting cancellations and refunds. We process each cancellation request and refund in order and submit refunds to the airlines for approval to process.
  • We will notify passengers by email that we accept their cancellation request once it has been submitted through a channel subject to future subscriptions.
  • It does not guarantee that travelers get an immediate refund
  • We are not obligated to refund service charges for all cancellations. The service charge is the amount charged to the passenger at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely at the discretion of the airline to process the refund. It generally takes 60–90 days from the time the cancellation request was raised to complete the process.
  • The remaining funds are credited to your bank account shortly after the cancellation request is accepted. However, some airlines offer rebates in the form of airline credits for future travel.
  • If the airline finds that the refund is not working according to the policy, it can levy a penalty. In addition, travelers will be charged for service, and fares vary depending on the ticket type and the number of passengers.
  • When an airline doesn't handle a passenger's flight cancellation and refund request, we try our best to pay back the service charge from booking the ticket. But we take out the booking fee from what we give back to the traveler.
