Generally, our customers safely drive most of the time. But sometimes there may be minimal chances of minimal road accidents. It makes sense that there are no rules for automotive accidents or car damage. However, if such an unfortunate situation occurs, we need to know how we will deal with it and what actions we will take.
Reservationcentre has made a special damage management policy that is intended to give you a clear insight into how the policy will work and your liability for any costs resulting from the damage done to the vehicle as a rental expense. Consequently, review our Terms and Conditions thoroughly for more details.
The inspection of the automobile is done in front of you as you return it.
We need to sign an invoice stating all the required formalities, including your acceptance and consent to any damage that has occurred. All the expenses will be covered by the Light Damage Administration Charge.
Item | Description |

We will conduct a rental car inspection after you finish renting our vehicle. In case we recognize any damage or harm to it, we will provide you with certain documents together with the return of the automobile form:
Please send us an email or notification within 14 days of receipt of the documents if you have any queries regarding the recognized damage or the respective cost.
In a situation where we do not hear from you after the first 14 days, we may send you an invoice that lists the total costs.
