The service fees for cancellation and changes of booking and its policies can vary widely depending on the specific type of booking, Class of service, cancellation/Amendment window and the terms and conditions associated with the reservation. Please see the following details outlining the conditions for canceling or modifying a booking.

*Fees Per ticket & Per passenger

• The rules, policies, and procedures of each airline pertaining to fares apply to all airline refunds and future credits.
• On the payment page, service costs will be adjusted to your local currency.
• Types of passengers: adult, kid, elderly, newborn, student, and military.
• Per passenger, per ticket, service costs will be applied to all modifications, refunds, cancellations, and future credits.
• All post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and liable to change at any time, just as our transaction service fees (booking fees). Any fees and charges levied by the airline and/or other suppliers are not included in our prices.
• Taxes and levies levied by the government are subject to change. Only the final total cost quoted or disclosed by our agent will be charged to you.
  • Our flight tickets are often non-refundable. Limited to the following: you are not a "no show" (the majority of "no show" bookings are not eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), we have approved your request for a refund, cancellation and refunds are permitted under the fare rules of our travel suppliers, and we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
  • Our flight tickets are often non-refundable. Rules, restrictions, and procedures pertaining to airline fares apply to refunds and future credits.
  • Special Services: All special services are available only upon request and are subject to the policies, processes, and fare rules of each airline, as well as their evaluation and approval process. Special Service Fees are only refundable in the event that the airline rejects the request; they are payable at the time the service(s) are provided.
  • Name misspelling: When a passenger's name on their airline ticket differs from that on their passport or another form of internationally recognized identification.
  • Baggage: Kindly save all baggage tags and receipts.
  • No-Show: You will need to provide documentation explaining why you were unable to depart on time.
  • Denied Boarding: You will need to provide documentation explaining why your planned departure was not approved.
  • Duplicate Tickets: In order to handle a refund request, copies of every ticket that shows the exact same itineraries that were booked with us are needed.

Different types of bookings (flights, hotels, vacation packages) may have different fee structures. The specific provider (airline, hotel chain, car rental, etc.) may also influence the cancellation and change policies. Some bookings, especially non-refundable ones, may not be eligible for any refund upon cancellation.

Transaction service costs are usually non-refundable and are subject to change at any time. Refundable transaction service fees apply to cancellations made within twenty-four hours of the reservation being made. Refunds for cancellations submitted after 24 hours of booking are not available for the transaction service fee.

Only the final total amount indicated will be charged to your account.

The following are certain exclusions from the above service fees:

• Service costs for booking vacation packages can reach upto $150 per passenger.
• First and business class airfares - Service charges are $200 per passenger and above.
• Service fees for open-jaw and multi-city itineraries can reach $150 per passenger.
• Cities having high incidences of fraud - Up to $40 in service costs per passenger.
• An alternative date and an airport close by - Up to $55 in service fees per person.
• Service fees for Fusion Fares and Value Deals can reach $100 per traveler.
• Unaccompanied Minor Tickets: There is a $100 service charge for each passenger.

Service fees for Reservation Center bookings: Compared to internet bookings, Reservation Center bookings (especially intricate multi-stop and global itineraries) may have higher service fees. Each passenger may be charged a service charge of $15 to $250 (or up to $125 for senior citizens).

Important Information: Service fees are all subject to change at any time, without prior warning. Regardless of any adjustments or variances in the service fees, YOU WILL BE BILLED THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE AS QUOTED. Please carefully study the entire final cost.
