Main Cabin passengers are allowed one complimentary checked bag, weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kg), and with the same maximum dimensions as mentioned above. All passengers can bring one carry-on item and one personal item (e.g., a purse or laptop bag) aboard the flight. These items must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

Cancellation Policy

Passengers who have purchased refundable tickets may cancel their reservations and receive a full refund to their original payment method, subject to the fare rules and conditions associated with the ticket. For passengers with non-refundable tickets, cancellations may result in a credit voucher for the value of the ticket, minus any applicable fees. This credit can be used toward future travel with Hawaiian Airlines.
